REEDLEY AREA VETERANS

| |
The Reedley Area Veterans was formed
from the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Reedley Vietnam
Veterans members to oversee the operation of the Reedley National Guard Armory
building. The California National Guard has licensed the facility to the
Reedley Area Veterans, Inc. to provide our members with a permanent meeting
place. A board of directors was elected to oversee the day to day
operations. The National Guard Armory is used by the three organizations
as well as the Flying
Eagles Squadron of the US Naval Sea Cadet Corps, commanded by Lieutenant
Eric Thiessen, NSCC. The Sea Cadet Program is available to any youth
regardless of where they live. The Armory is also available to the public
for functions such as weddings, reunions, birthday parties, ect. Go
to the Reservations page for information about
renting the facility. |
